This is good for Obama

I left my apartment at 5:30 and they were projecting Indiana for Clinton, and now it’s too close to call, with a her lead shrinking to 4% with 15% of the vote uncounted. Obama is winning by almost 15% in North Carolina with about 1/5 of the vote yet to be counted. He could still win Indiana, and it’s certainly going to be close, along with a strong win in NC, super delegates are probably going to be making their decisions soon. I thought the race was over a while ago, and I think nothing has changed that. When the dust settles Obama will be nominated in Denver (and hopefully I’ll get a chance to be there). We’ll see what happens in the meantime.

Speech!

Wow… I wonder if Hillary actually believes that maybe winning Indiana at fairly narrow margins is the victory she claims it to be. I can’t imagine an intelligent person would truly believe that.

Obama got 40% of white voters in Indiana, which was key to his being competitive as it’s a very white state (also, it pokes holes in one of the super delegate arguments which the Clinton people will be making).

Check this shit out.

Olbermann on Clinton’s changing goalposts. This is very good.

Gore may still endorse.

John and Elizabeth Edwards talk about the candidates (from this excerpt it seems like He leans Obama and her Clinton).

Barney Frank is trying to decriminalize marijuana (a move I am for, and apparently so is cosponsor Ron Paul).

Here’s a reason to fear a John McCain presidency (though not the only one).

Daily Show!

Not much else to say at the moment. I’m out. Will try to do this more often.
